INTERNAL REPORTING SYSTEM OF LORENC LOGISTIC, S.R.O.
1. Reporting Methods
A natural person (reporter) may submit a report – information about a possible illegal act that has occurred or is about to occur at a person for whom the reporter performed or is performing work or other similar activity through:
A. Internal reporting system of Lorenc Logistic, s.r.o.
Lorenc Logistic, s.r.o. is obliged to implement an internal reporting system in accordance with the Act. Report can be submitted via the internal reporting system in the following ways:
- via a web application available on the company’s website
- by email to the relevant persons
- in person at one of the relevant persons listed below by prior arrangement
B. Reporting system operated by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic
The Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic accepts reports via:

On the website https://oznamovatel.justice.cz/ you can find more information about:
- the methods by which reports can be submitted under the Act, including contact details of authorized employees of the Ministry, in particular email or other delivery address and telephone number,
- the conditions under which an audio recording of an oral report may be made,
- the procedure of the Ministry when submitting a report to the Ministry, including information on the deadlines within which the Ministry of Justice is obliged to act,
- the method of assessing the report,
- the rights and obligations of the whistleblower.

3. Who can file a report?
Lorenc Logistic, s.r.o. excludes the acceptance of notifications from a person who does not perform work or other similar activities specified in Section 2, paragraph 3, letters a), b), h) or i) of the Act, i.e. Lorenc Logistic, s.r.o. accepts notifications only from employees (based on an employment contract, an agreement on the performance of work and an agreement on work activities), volunteers, trainees and interns.
